Terms of Service

Last updated: May 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dental Pixel website located at dentalpixel.co and any services provided by Dental Pixel ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services

Dental Pixel provides dental marketing services including but not limited to: on-site content production, digital advertising management (Google, Meta), bilingual call center support, virtual consultation facilitation, and revenue attribution reporting.

Specific service terms, deliverables, and pricing are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals provided to each client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement shall control.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for licensed dental practices and healthcare businesses operating in accordance with applicable laws. By engaging our services, you represent that you are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of your practice or organization.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Dental Pixel, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your practice
  • Cooperate with scheduled content production days and campaign setup requirements
  • Ensure your front office team is available and informed of our call coordination process
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including healthcare advertising regulations
  • Not misrepresent your practice, credentials, or services in any marketing material we produce

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Services are billed on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts required
  • Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in your agreement
  • Late payments may result in a pause or suspension of active campaigns
  • Ad spend budgets paid directly to platforms (Google, Meta) are separate from Dental Pixel service fees

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all applicable fees, you own the content produced specifically for your practice (videos, photos, ad creative). Dental Pixel retains the right to use anonymized campaign performance data for internal analysis and to use client results (with permission) in case studies and marketing materials.

The Dental Pixel brand, website, methodologies, and proprietary systems remain the exclusive property of Dental Pixel.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes patient data, business financials, and internal processes. We comply with all applicable HIPAA guidelines regarding patient information.

We will never share, sell, or disclose your patient data to third parties.

7. Results Disclaimer

Dental Pixel provides marketing services and cannot guarantee specific patient volume, revenue outcomes, or return on investment. Results shared in case studies and testimonials reflect actual client experiences but are not guarantees of similar outcomes. Performance depends on many factors including market conditions, practice operations, and patient behavior.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dental Pixel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Dental Pixel in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination:

  • All active campaigns will be paused or transferred to you within a reasonable timeframe
  • Any outstanding invoices remain due and payable
  • Content and assets produced and paid for will be delivered to you
  • Access to shared dashboards and reporting tools will be revoked

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
